“We moved to London not because of money or better life. We were doing perfectly fine in Manila, both successful in our careers as young professionals. We were not only surviving it, we were actually thriving and live an above average life. Sure greener pasture came as we start to earn pounds but all these came as a bonus. The primary driver of us changing countries is to get married and be legally acknowledged as who we are. Not settling down to a system that we know will never work for us longterm. It is us who create our own paths, have the courage to risk it all and take it all. We are young and optimistic and free to choose. Celebrate love because love always wins! Cheers!”
